LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (WAFB) - Deputies said they are asking for the public’s help to locate two registered sex offenders with active arrest warrants. According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, Shawn Chance, 48, and David Weedman, 48, are both wanted.
